除鳞除鳞descaling ChUlin除鳞(descahng)清除金属表面氧化铁皮的操作。作为钢材加工前的准备工序,广泛地应用于札制特别是冷轧和拉拨生产中。清除表面氧化铁皮的主要目的是:(1)暴露表面缺陷便于清理;(2)光洁表面,防止在加工时产生缺陷,保证产品质量;(3)降低摩擦系数,以减少能耗与工具磨损等。除鳞有机械法和化学法两类。 机械法是对金属坯料施加外力以去除其表面氧化铁皮。机械除鳞常在钢料表面质量要求不高或作为辅助除鳞的情况下使用。常用的机械除鳞法有线材的反复弯曲法(见盘条机械除鳞)、板带和线材的抛丸处理法和喷砂处理法以及高压水除鳞法(见板坯除鳞)等。用钢丝刷或皮带研磨钢材表面是用于拉拔生产的机械除鳞法。机械除鳞法的优点是:金属损失少;不产生氢脆;劳动条件好;氧化铁皮易回收利用;成本较低。缺点是表面氧化铁皮不易清除彻底,铁屑散失污染工作场地。 将金属材料通过化学的或电化学的方法以去除表面氧化铁皮的工序称为化学除鳞。化学除鳞主要用于表面质量要求较高(如冷轧和拉拔生产)的情祝和合金钢生产中。化学除鳞可分为酸洗、碱洗和碱一酸复合洗(见盘条化学除鳞)。常用的酸洗方法有硫酸酸洗、盐酸酸洗、电解酸洗和超声波酸洗等。有些合金钢(如不锈钢)氧化铁皮的酸洗则用其他溶液(如王水)清理。化学除鳞方法的优点是表面氧化铁皮清除干净,清理质量较高。不足之处是劳动条件较差,金属和其他材料消耗增加,容易产生氢脆缺陷。 (哀康)
