喷丝头 化学纤维纺丝机上的精密机件，也称为纺丝头。喷丝头的形状一般为帽子形、圆板形或瓦楞形，面上有许多大小一致的孔眼。在纺丝时，纺丝溶液或熔体从这些微孔中通过，以细流状态挤入凝固浴或空气中，即凝固或冷却成为纤维。喷丝头、分配板和过滤材料等合在一起组成喷丝头组件。分配板把胶液或熔体均匀地分散到许多细小的孔中。滤料用来过滤渣滓。组件中以喷丝头最为重要，直接影响成品丝的质量。根据纺丝方法的不同喷丝头分为熔纺、湿纺和干纺三种。熔纺喷丝头一般为圆板形，故又称喷丝板，也有长方形的。圆形喷丝板用耐高温的不锈钢制成，结构简单，制造方便。供熔纺用的喷丝板上孔径，与纤维品种和纺丝条件有关，一般直径为0.2～0.5毫米。纺长丝孔数一般为几十孔，棕丝一个孔,纺短纤维孔数一般多达400～2000。湿法喷丝头主要为帽子形、又称喷丝帽，也有圆盘形和板形（瓦楞形），用耐腐蚀性强的金铂合金或钛、铌、钽、不锈钢等金属制成。纺制长丝时采用孔数较少的喷丝帽，但纺短纤维时则需采用大面积多孔喷丝头,孔数可达2～15万之多；由于孔数甚多，可以采用组合形式分成若干个喷丝头，配在同一块不锈钢底板上。湿纺喷丝头的孔径比熔纺喷丝板的孔径小,孔径一般为0.05～0.1毫米。常用的干纺喷丝头（板）有帽形和圆形两种，孔径为0.07～0.16毫米,孔数为300～1200，由不锈钢或特种合金钢制成。（见彩图）
