铸态高铬屈氏体磨球的生产摘要:本文从优化成分设计、熔炼、变质处理、铸造及热处理等工艺控制措施入手,综合介绍了铸态高铬屈氏体磨球的生产过程,并经生产试验使各工艺参数达最佳匹配,为生产出高质量的铸态高铬屈氏体磨球提供了强有力的理论支撑。关键词:高铬屈氏体磨球优化工艺控制含铬大于11%的铬系白口铸铁成为高铬铸铁,马氏体Cr15高铬铸铁是目前国内外广泛应用的较典性的耐磨铸铁,用于制造磨球、衬板等,取得了较好的节材降耗效果。马氏体高铬铸铁磨球具有较高的硬度,但韧性较差。马氏体Cr15磨球是经热处理淬火加回火的工艺获得的,因此需要一套专用的热处理设备。这不仅投资及能源消耗大、生产周期长、生产成本也较高,从而影响了它的广泛应用。我们的目的是研制一种既有高铬铸铁的耐磨性和韧性,生产工艺简单、成本低廉的材料:铸态高铬屈氏体磨球。它与淬火马氏体Cr15磨球相比,具有省工、省时、省能耗、省原材料消耗的的优势。它的生产应用能产生较大的社会效益。一.成分设计碳:碳为生成共晶碳化物(Cr·Fe)7C3的主要元素,共晶碳化物在耐磨性方面起着重要作用。碳含量决定碳化物的数量。选择较高的碳含量,可获得较多的高硬度碳化物。为提高耐磨性,碳的质量分数应控制在2.8~3.1%。铬:铬含量决定碳化物的类型。为保证碳化物以M7C3为主,铬含量必须大于12%,过低不能形成高硬度的(Cr·Fe)7C3型碳化物;过高则成本提高。因此铬的质量分数为12~14%。
