渗镀分子式:CAS号:性质:在高温下将气态、固态或熔化状态的欲渗镀的物质(金属或非金属元素)通过扩散作用从被渗镀的金属的表面渗入内部以形成表层合金镀层的一种表面处理的方法。所形成的镀层称为渗镀层。用于提高抗氧化性(抗蚀性)、耐热性和耐磨性等。渗镀层与基体金属之间是靠形成合金来结合的,因而结合牢固,镀层不易脱落。以渗镀物质的状态分为固渗、液渗和气渗;以联合用其他涂层方法来分,有粉末包渗、热浸法渗、电泳渗、料浆参或膏剂渗、喷镀渗、电镀渗和化学镀渗等;以渗入元素的名称和种类分又有渗铝、渗硅、渗铬等,以及二元共渗、多元共渗等。镀层有抗高温氧化、耐腐蚀、耐磨损等优良性能。
