混杂叠层复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:不同类型的增强组分以叠层结构形式组成的复合材料,其增强组分可为纤维、片材或蜂窝芯材,其基体可为树脂或金属。混杂叠层复合材料的典型例子是铝/纤维环氧叠层板。它以铝片和以纤维(无纬布或织物)为增强组分,环氧树脂为基体的复合材料叠合组成。通常把经过表面处理的铝片与纤维(织物)的环氧树脂预浸布交替叠层后热压而成。它既有铝材的耐冲击、易加工成型的特点,又具有纤维增强环氧复合材料的耐疲劳与高强度,并且可以选用不同的叠层结构、铝片厚度、纤维品种及含量来满足制品的不同性能要求。常用于混杂叠层复合材料的纤维有芳纶、碳纤维、玻璃纤维等,其中铝/芳纶环氧叠层板(商品名ARALL)已工业化,用作飞机的蒙皮材料。
