咪唑啉分子式:CAS号:性质: 又称二氢咪唑(dihydroimidazole)。有4,5-,2,5和2,3-二氢咪唑三种异构体,或根据双键位置又分别称为2-咪唑啉、3-咪唑啉和4-咪唑啉。是强碱性、低熔点固体。可溶于大多数有机溶剂。由乙二胺或其酰化物在氧化钙存在下加热制得。或由脂肪酸或脂肪酸酯与乙二胺缩合制得;也可用乙二醛、甲醛、氨为原料制得咪唑,再加氢制得。咪唑啉本身并不重要,但其衍生物,尤其是2-咪唑啉的衍生物,在医药和农药中很重要。如2-苄基-4,5-二氢咪唑是血管扩张剂和降压药,2-羟甲基-2-十七烷基-4,5-二氢咪唑用作苹果黑星病的杀菌剂,烷基咪唑啉季铵盐是阳离子表面活性剂,在油田开采中广泛用作缓蚀剂、杀菌剂。
