超声波检测分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:无损检测的一种。是利用超声波在物质中能有效穿透和传播,并能像几何光束一样产生反射和折射等的性质来实现检测的。检测设备中的探头兼有发射及接收的功能,一般每秒发射400次左右,除发射时间外,其余时间为接收。根据缺陷回波到达时刻与发射时刻之间的时间差以及缺陷的回波强度,就可确定出缺陷的位置及其大小。这种检测对平面形缺陷,如裂纹、未焊透等缺陷反映灵敏,而对体积形缺陷的反映却不如X射线。在工业上对金属板材、大锻件、角焊缝等常采用超声检测,而对重要的焊缝则采用X射线和超声波两法并用。由于超声波检测还可借助于计算机等技术进行处理,因此具有广阔的发展前景。
