弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机 用弧齿锥齿轮铣刀盘按展成法粗、精加工弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮齿部的齿轮加工机床。弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机广泛用于机器制造业,尤在汽车、拖拉机工业中使用最多。加工直径小到10毫米,大至2500毫米。加工精度一般为7级(JB180-60),有的可达6级。弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机(见图)的铣刀盘主轴装在偏心鼓轮内,用以调整铣刀盘中心的位置。偏心鼓轮装在摇台内,并随摇台(带着铣刀盘)作一定角度的摆动,与工件的相应角度的正反回转运动一起构成展成运动。摇台每上下摆动一次完成一个齿的切削,这时工件随床鞍退出,并进行分齿,然后床鞍又进到工作位置,切削第二个齿。全部齿切削完毕后机床自动停止。弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机的工件主轴箱可在立柱上作垂直位移的调整。当工件主轴与摇台中心等高时,可切削弧齿锥齿轮;偏移时可切削准双曲面齿轮;微量的偏移可用于调整轮齿的接触区。弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机的刀具主轴有水平固定安装的和可倾斜调整的两种。后者可减少?车杜痰钠分止娓窈屠┐蠡驳墓ひ湛赡苄裕滦突泊蠖嗖捎谜庵纸峁埂? 弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机的变型很多,有结构简单、不带展成运动的粗切机,也有带展成运动的粗切机,还有专门精切大轮的拉齿机、专切大轮和兼切大、小轮的铣齿机等。
