缝隙腐蚀分子式:CAS号:性质:在金属表面与其他物体构成缝隙的区域发生的局部腐蚀。由于缝隙内外的溶液不容易交换,在缝内随着腐蚀过程的进行,金属阳离子水解和阴离子向缝内聚集,导致缝内溶液腐蚀性越来越强。金属表面与其他金属或非金属接触处以及污垢、沉积物、锈层下部都可能构成缝隙,导致缝隙腐蚀的缝隙宽度一般为25~100μm。几乎所有金属材料都会发生缝隙腐蚀,其中具有钝化能力的金属如不锈钢、铝合金等在含有活性阴离子(例如氯离子)的介质中最为敏感。为防止缝隙腐蚀,在设备结构设计上应当尽量避免构成缝隙,并减少介质中活性阴离子的含量。
