焊缝金属焊缝金属weld metal  hanfeng Ilnshu焊缝金属(weld metal)金属焊接过程中被熔化而形成焊缝的金属。它是金属焊接接头的一个组成部分。若焊接过程中使用了镇充金属,则焊缝金属是熔化的母材和熔敷的填充金属的混合物,否则它仅包含熔化的母材金属。通常要求焊缝金属的力学性能与母材相匹配,而非要化学成分与母材一致。焊缝金属凝固时,沿未熔化的母材壁以树枝状或胞状结晶,使得合金元素产生偏析,导致微观上的不均匀性(与母材相比)。因此,适于母材的强化机制并不适用于焊缝金属,往往需用其他的冶金强化机制。 (李维茜)
