激光热处理分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:利用激光束的光能转化为热能,加热材料使之产生相变、熔化、蒸发、等离子体等,从而使材料表面性能发生变化,或使反应物加热导致热化学反应的一种热处理工艺。激光热处理常用于材料的表面淬火和表面合金化。其特点:(1)对工件表面加热速度快,且可通过工件基体金属自身冷却,无需特殊的冷却设备;(2)对几何形状复杂的工件,可进行局部选择性淬火;(3)因其工艺过程短,加热区域小,被处理工作几乎没有变形;(4)对工件的易磨损部位,可进行局部合金化处理,以提高其耐磨性、耐热性。材料表面经激光热处理后,其硬度、耐磨性和疲劳寿命可有明显提高。
