温挤压温挤压warm extrusion WenllyO温挤压(warm extrusion)将锭坯加热到回复温度以上再结晶温度以下进行的挤压。钢的温挤压温度范围高于室温而低于800~840℃,铝及铝合金的是从室温到250℃,铜及铜合金的是从室温到350℃,即基本上处于金属的不完全冷变形与不完全热变形的温度范围。 与热挤压和冷挤压相比,温挤压时锭坯的变形抗力比冷挤压时要小,成形比冷挤压容易,所需压力机的吨位可以减小。若控制合适,模具的寿命比冷挤压时要长,产品的性能也比退火材料要高,产品尺寸精度与粗糙度比热挤压的好。 温挤压既可用于生产有色金属制品,也可用于生产钢材,还可用于制造带型腔的模具。
