焊接应力焊接应力welding stress  honJ一ey一ngl-焊接应力(weiding Stress)金属构件在焊接期间,由于不均匀加热和冷却所产生的应力。它会导致构件的变形,或遗留下残余应力。在厚板结构或刚性拘束较苛刻的情况下,最高残余应力能达到金属流动应力的水平。如果被焊金属在焊接期间还发生相变,则由于相应的相变膨胀应变会进一步使残余应力增加。用直接测量或数值技术可以有几种测量或估算残余应力的方法。直接测量法可能是破坏性的(如在钻孔周围监视应力释放),或非破坏性的(如用返散X射线照相法)。数值技术甚至在复杂几何形状的焊缝上也可估算出残余应力数值。 分类一般根据应力的分布或互相平衡的空间范围,将焊接应力分为3类:(1)焊接应力占,是在整个工件的宏观范围内相互平衡的应力,是宏观各部分间变形程度不同引起的应力。(2)焊接应力占:是在晶粒间相互平衡的应力,是由于各晶粒变形不均匀引起的内应力,其数值较大(可达每平方毫米数百牛顿力)。(3)焊接应力a,是在晶体的晶胞中相互平衡的应力,是由于塑性变形过程中使大量原子偏离平衡位置(位错、空位和间隙原子等)、致使点阵严重畸变所产生的内应力。在均匀加热时,第一类内应力可以降低,甚至在某一温度时可以完全消失。均匀加热也可以消除因加工硬化或不均匀相变引起的第二类内应力,但不能消除多晶体中由于晶体热胀的各向异性所引起的内应力。均匀加热不能消除第三类内应力,因为它不能使晶格的畸变完全恢复。危害性及预防措施焊接残余应力的存在是产生各种裂纹(如炸接热裂纹,焊接冷裂纹,氢致延迟裂纹,坏接再热裂纹和应力腐蚀裂纹)的根源之一。同时也会使焊件发生应变造成几何形状变化。对有些钢材来说,还会由于应力产生的塑性应变使钢材的力学性能受到显著的影响,如发生应变脆化等。在多数情况下,残余应力还是一些金属焊接结构件发生低温下的低应力脆性破坏的原因之一。因此,对于一些钢板当厚度超过一定值时(如碳素钢厚度大于34mm,16MnR厚度大于3omm),或强度钢级别较高,或是重要的金属焊接结构(如低温下工作受动载,有应力腐蚀性能要求,或尺寸稳定性能要求等),常常要求中间或焊后进行消除应力处理。焊后消除应力处理温度因钢材不同而异,但一般比母材金属的回火温度低30~60℃(见有关手册)。锤击也是一种局部消除残余应力的办法。所以有些钢材当厚度超过25mm时,为了防止裂纹,要求焊后对焊缝进行锤击。但也有些钢材当厚度超过50mm时才要求对焊缝进行锤击。盖面焊道的表面一般不宜进行锤击。 (许祖泽)
