高动态性能橡胶分子式:CAS号:性质:硫化胶的动态性能对轮胎、胶带、减震橡胶及动态密封等在动态状态下使用的橡胶制品的质量,具有决定性的作用。橡胶的动态性能主要包括硫化胶的弹性滞后耗损、耐疲劳性及耐磨耗性能。弹性滞后耗损是指胶料受连续的拉伸、压缩及剪切力而产生弹性变形和弹性复原。但胶料的每一次变形循环中,由于橡胶大分子间的移动摩擦而产生黏性阻力,这种阻力表现为弹性复原时的能量损失,称为弹性滞后耗损。天然橡胶、异戊橡胶及顺丁橡胶的滞后损失较小,丁苯橡胶的滞后损失较大。提高硫化胶的交联密度,则减小滞后损失,胶料中炭黑用量与滞后损失成正比。与橡胶相容性好的增塑剂有利于降低滞后损失。这些效果成为轮胎胶料配方的选择原则。而对于需要滞后损失高的减震橡胶,则要利用以上的反向效果来设计胶料配方。硫化胶的动态疲劳,是指在拉伸、压缩、剪切和扭曲力的不断作用下,胶料的性能降低直至破断。天然橡胶的耐疲劳性为最佳。硫化胶的磨损,是指橡胶表面与摩擦物表面接触之中,在压缩、拉伸、剪切力的不断作用下,胶面产生的疲劳损坏磨损的现象。以顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶及天然橡胶的耐磨性最好。
