机械零件:球轴承球轴承用钢球作滚动体的滚动轴承。球轴承有单列向心﹑双列向心球面﹑向心推力﹑推力和推力向心等结构型式(见图 球轴承的结构型式 )。 单列向心球轴承﹕结构紧凑﹐使用方便﹐应用最广。主要用以承受径向载荷﹐也可承受一定量的轴向载荷。在高速装置中﹐也可用它来代替推力轴承。这种轴承的摩擦阻力小﹐极限转速高﹐适用於刚性较大的双支承轴。轴相对於轴承座的倾斜允许在8~16范围内。 双列向心球面球轴承﹕它有两列钢球﹐外圈滚道是以轴承中点为心的球面﹐内外圈轴线倾斜在2°~3°以内仍能工作﹐调心性能好。这种轴承主要用来承受径向载荷﹐也能承受不大的轴向载荷﹐适用於多支承和挠曲变形较大的传动轴。 向心推力球轴承﹕可承受以径向载荷为主的径向轴向联合载荷﹐极限转速较高。球和外圈的公称接触角分12°﹑26°和36°的3种﹐接触角大能承受较大的轴向载荷。 推力球轴承﹕有单向和双向两种。双向推力球轴承有两个活圈﹑一个紧圈﹑两列滚动体和两个保持架。紧圈与轴紧套﹐活圈装在轴承座上﹐活圈内径比紧圈内径大0.2~1毫米。单向推力球轴承只能承受单方向的轴向载荷﹐双向推力球轴承可承受两个方向的轴向载荷。这种轴承不适宜在高速下工作﹐高速时宜採用推力向心球轴承。 推力向心球轴承﹕接触角大於45°﹐可以承受以轴向载荷为主的轴向径向联合载荷。极限转速比推力球轴承高。
