焊接:超声波焊 利用超声波的高频振盪能对工件接头进行局部加热和表面清理﹐然后施加压力实现焊接的方法。进行超声波焊时﹐通常由高频发生器產生16~80千赫的高频电流﹐通过激磁线圈產生交变磁场﹐使铁磁材料在交变磁场中发生长度交变伸缩﹐超声频率的电磁能便转换成振动能﹐再由传送器传至声极﹔同时通过声极对工件加压﹐平行於连接面的机械振动起著破碎和清除工件表面氧化膜的作用﹐并加速金属的扩散和再结晶过程。适当选择振盪频率﹑压力和焊接时间﹐即可获得优质接头(见图 超声波焊示意图)。超声波焊分为点焊和缝焊。由於对工件表面清洁状况要求不高﹐甚至可以焊接带氧化层的材料。所加压力由几百至五千牛顿﹐焊件变形率一般低於3~5%。超声波焊既可以焊接同种金属﹐也可以焊接异种金属﹐如铝与铜﹑铝与不锈钢﹑鈦与不锈钢等﹐还可以实现金属与非金属的焊接。超声波焊机输入功率由几瓦至几十瓦﹐可焊铝合金厚度为几毫米。超声波焊广泛应用於电子器件中引线与锗﹑硅上的金属镀膜的焊接﹐集成电路中各种金属(铝﹑铜﹑金﹑镍)与陶瓷﹑玻璃上的金属镀膜的焊接﹐热电偶焊接﹐化学活性物质如炸药﹑试剂﹑易爆品的封装焊接等。
