Cu-A1-Ni shape memory alloy分子式:CAS号:性质:一种含A1 14%~14.5%(质量)、Ni 3%~4.5%(质量)、余者为铜的具有形状记忆效应和伪弹性的合金。其Ms点在133~373K之间。该合金的形状记忆应变约4%,它的热循环特性、形变循环特性和疲劳特性等均比TiNi形状记忆合金差。熔炼与Cu-Zn-A1形状记忆合金相同。该合金加工性很差,冷加工完全不可能。它的另一突出问题是随时间增长而记忆严重衰退的现象,为了提高合金的稳定性,可以进行等温淬火或一般淬火后进行时效处理。在Cu-A1-Ni形状记忆合金基础上开发出的Cu12Al5Ni2MnTi%(质量)五元高温形状记忆合金,铝含量降低,并加入Mn、Ti后,使Ms点提高到473K,同时合金的加工性亦得到改善,使Cu-A1-Ni系形状记忆合金成为具有实用价值的材料。
