高速钢轧辊高速钢轧辊high-speed steel roll goosugang zhagun高速钢轧辊(high一speed steel roll)辊身外层为高速钥的轧棍,国际上简称HSS轧辊。由于高速钢热稳定性好、硬度值高、耐磨性以及抗塑性变形生能优良,高速钢已成为现代轧机用新一代轧辊材料。20世纪80年代前已将锻造和粉末冶金的小型整体高虚钢轧辊用作多辊轧机的工作辊和中间辊。日本还制造出用于热带钢轧机的电渣重熔整体锻造的大型高速钢轧辊。从90年代初起,欧洲、日本和美国开始在大型热带钢和冷带钢连轧机上广泛地试用离心铸造法和连续浇注复合(CPC)法制造的高速钢复合轧辘。 用于热轧的铸造复合高速钢轧辊多为高碳高钒类型,其碳化物主要以高硬度Me(Hv300o)型、MZe(HV2500)型为主。它们对提高辊身耐磨性极为有效。铸造HSS轧辊的组织主要是一次、二次碳化物和回火马氏体。一次碳化物、二次碳化物的形貌和数量以及基体组织决定高速钢轧辊的耐磨性和抗热疲劳等性能。用于热轧宽带钢轧机精轧前架的铸造复合高速钢轧辊的轧钢量较高铬铸铁轧辊高出2倍左右。同铸造高速钢复合辊套的H型钢轧机的水平辊和型、线材轧机的精轧辊,耐磨性也有极显著的改进。钨、铝含量较低、韧性好的半高速钢冷轧工作辊也取得了良好的使用效果。高速钢轧辊的研磨采用立方氮化硼砂轮。
