北江小三峡到清远,不能不游北江小三峡;游小三峡,则不能不尝地道的北江风味河鲜宴。在洲心码头上船,沿着小北江溯流而上,虽然无长江三峡“两岸青山相对出”的险要,却胜在山清水碧,满眼都是翠绿惬意。沿途,还可以看见别致的紫竹禅院,雄伟的飞来古寺,一直走到飞来峡景区,船才回头。这样一整个船游的过程,需要大概两个半到三个小时。美景当前,若无美食助兴,实是惋惜。因而,游船之上,最妙的莫过于尝一尝当地船家亲手炮制的“北江河鲜宴”了。美其名曰“北江河鲜宴”,可能有点夸张,限于船上条件,一般船家提供的一桌菜中,只有两菜一汤是用河鲜为原料。然美食贵精不贵多,三道菜足以让人浅尝河鲜之美。用鱼、豆腐等鲜滚的汤,清甜可口;煎的小鱼也十分香脆,充满渔家原始风情。最寻常的是蒸北江钳鱼。生长在北江的钳鱼,不同于市场上常见的钳鱼,最简易的分辨方法,是看它的花纹。北江钳身上会有一种特殊的点状花纹,可供人验明正身。新鲜从江中捞起的钳鱼,最好莫过于清蒸,无需太多的花巧,亦无需太多的陪衬,清清淡淡便能尝出其本身的鲜味。既然是“宴”,无八菜一汤又成何体统?虽然河鲜分量不多,但其它菜也均是地道的风味,其中首推的当是清远鸡。清远鸡,一个名声在外的国菜,老广们对于它不可不谓熟悉。但在广州,要吃到地道的清远鸡却不太容易。嗜鸡的老广,来到清远,又怎可放过这皮脆肉嫩的美味佳肴?船上提供的鸡,是船家自养的,喝着北江的水长大,因而即使没有“走地”的场所,也深得清远鸡的精华。传统的白切方法,船家待乘客都上船了,才把鸡斩件,三下五除二,一碟地道的清远白切鸡便摆在面前。水质好的地方,豆腐、莲藕等也一定不错。河鲜宴中的炒豆腐、焖莲藕,前者滑嫩,后者粉稔,尽得地道精华。清清淡淡的搭配,也正合现代人对健康饮食的要求。交通指引:那天,我们随旅游团而行,客车先上广清高速公路,来到清远的银盏温泉,沿着温泉这条路一直来到滨江公园,面对公园的雕塑时,车子转右直走,便到了洲心码头了。
