轧制力矩 为使轧制正常进行,需要施加的克服金属变形抗力和金属同轧辊间的摩擦力的力矩。轧制力矩Mt是确定轧机的主电机和轧辊传动机构负荷的基本参数,常按以下方式计算(见图)。 式中Pr为轧制力的垂直分力,实际运算中即用轧制力(可由压下螺丝下的测压仪测出);Δh=h0-h1为道次的压下量;ψ为力臂系数,一般ψ=0.3~0.6;a为Pr到轧辊中心连线的距离(力臂),;R为轧辊半径。 也可以从作用在轧辊上的切向力出发推导轧制力矩的计算公式,这在理论上是正确的,但所得公式包括摩擦系数f和中性角α两个难于准确求出的数值。故常用Mt=2Pra的公式,而ψ 值由实验或经验值决定。 此外,还可由实测轧制功推算轧制力矩,但此法所得的结果将包括传动系统的摩擦损失力矩等。
