晶界偏析分子式:CAS号:性质:合金元素或杂质元素在合金晶界处富集的现象。晶界偏析有两种类型,一种是凝固过程中形成的晶界杂质富集,称非平衡偏析;另一种情况是杂质原子在弹性能的驱动下自发地向原子排列较松散的晶界富集,称平衡偏析。晶界偏析对钢的回火脆化、晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀破裂、焊后开裂等许多现象都有重要影响。非平衡偏析可以通过均匀化热处理来减轻或消除;平衡偏析一般不容易消除,某些情况下可以利用高温加热后快速冷却或细化晶粒等方法减轻偏析程度。
