等离子喷涂羟基磷灰石涂层材料等离子喷涂羟基磷灰石涂层材料plasma sp-rayed hydroxyapatite coating SP几技术而制赫罗研究和钦生物性和等离子喷涂轻基磷灰石涂层材料plasmarayed hydroxyapatite eoati眼利用等离子喷钧在作为基体的生物材料表面加涂经基磷灰石(HA得的一种医用涂层材料。1986年由荷兰人K.德特(de Groot)和美国人J.F.凯(Kay)分别独立成功。中国于1988年研制成功,同年试用于临床 作为涂层基底的生物材料,最常用的是医用钊合金,以及医用钻基合金和不锈钢。这种表面涂后材料,兼具舟基磷灰石生物活性陶瓷的表面生物榨金属材料的强度和韧性,克服了经基磷灰石生物活瓷的脆性和金属材料的生物惰性,阻止了金属离子围组织的释放,是一种可承力的骨和牙等硬组织的和替换材料,也是临床应用最主要的生物活性陶瓷材料。 等离子喷涂是利用气体通过直流电弧被电离而的等离子焰流为热源,气流将涂层粉料带入高达万等离子流中并被熔融或部分熔融,然后以硒106m/h的速度喷射到预先经过粗糙处理的基底;表面,形成涂层。为了得到性能良好的HA涂层料应当预处理以保证足够的流动性。 涂层结构和组成涂层是由高速喷射到基体表熔融或部分熔融的HA颗粒逐层堆集而成,故呈J结构。由于仅部分熔融的颗粒在碰撞基体表面时不}分形变,加之在等离子焰的高温作用下熔融颗粒要蒸发,从而会在涂层中产生孔隙。涂层的孔隙率和大小取决陶瓷粉末的粒度和粒度分布、颗粒熔融程!碰撞基体表面时的速度。 在等离子焰高温作用下,HA会发生相变,熔l颗粒在基体上又是急骤冷却,因此涂层是由HA鉴相和无定形相构成。为了确保涂层在体内的稳定性,常希望HA晶相含量不低于90%。对涂层作适当(处理,可以使无定型态HA转变为结晶态。 涂层厚度和与基体的结合等离子喷涂工艺可}一种冷加工工艺,因为基体金属的温度常保持在1芝以下。喷涂过程中涂层材料在金属基体上岁一106℃/s的速率急骤冷却,加之涂层材料和金属;的热膨胀系数不同,从而在涂层中产生主要由热应致的内应力。内应力随涂层增厚而增加。为保持涂)有足够的强度并与金属基体牢固的结合,常选用薄l层。加上综合考虑涂层的生物降解等因素,HA涂)厚度一般是50一100月m。 由于涂层材料在基体上的急骤冷却,限制了界1的化学反应和元素扩散,涂层和金属基体的结合主i机械性结合,也存在部分化学性结合。HA涂层浦面的抗拉强度一般在5一60 MPa范围,主要受涂J量、厚度等因素影响。拉伸试验时使用的涂层粘结J固化温度对测试结果也有重大影响。
