高原现象高原现象plateau phenomenon 高原现象(plateau phenomenon)有些技能在形成中，练习中期往往会出现进步的暂时停顿现象，即使继续练习，成绩也很难提高，在练习曲线上表现为近于平缓的一部分线段，这就是所谓的高原期。其产生的主要原因有二:(l)对练习成绩的进一步提高，旧的活动结构和完成活动的方式方法似乎达到了一种极限，需要代之以新的活动结构和完成活动的新方式方法。在没有完成这种改造之前，由于新旧之间的干扰作用使学习者处于难以适应的状态，因而使练习陷于停顿乃至暂时下降。当经过进一步的练习，消除了干扰，完成了改造，成绩又会有所提高。(2)学习者经过一段时期的练习后，如果学习兴趣下降，对练习产生了厌倦情绪，或者身体状况欠佳，也会造成进步的暂时停顿现象。高原现象并不具有普遍性和必然性。如果技能结构比较简单，学习者的身心状况又好，就不会出现高原现象。需要特别指出，高原现象并非技能水平达到生理极限的表现。由于人掌握技能的水平与其机体和神经系统的活动能量有密切关系，故练习的生理限度是不能否认的。但是，从人们掌握技能的实际情况看，一般并未达到生理极限，尤其是青少年学生，其技能提高的潜力是很大的。自布利安与赫特(Brian，D.和Harter，H.)于1897年发现高原现象以来，许多人对这一现象做了进一步研究，提出了不同的见解。有人认为，具有层次结构的技能学习，必然要产生高原现象。有人认为，高原现象的出现是非常少见的，不出现高原现象则是普遍的。有人认为，如能对技能结构因素进行彻底的预备训练，可以排除高原现象。 (成立夫撰}豆亘国审)
