直接轧制直接轧制direct rolling zh一J le Zhozh-直接轧制(direet rolling)由初轧厂生产的高温钢坯直接进入成品轧机轧成成品。其主要优点是:利用钢坯余热,节能;减少金属氧化,提高成材率。在直接轧制中,钢坯没有冷态下的表面检查(见钢坯检查)和清理(见钢坯表面清理)工序,必须在热态下进行火焰(见钢坯火焰清理)或人工清理,消除钢坯的表面缺陷,或者采用无缺陷钢锭,尽量减少钢坯表面的缺陷。经剪断后的合格高温钢坏直接送入成品轧机,为了保证成品轧机的终轧温度,应尽可能提高钢坯温度及初轧机的开轧温度。初轧板坯送入热带钢轧机直接生产带钢已在生产中运用。某些大断面的型钢也可用直接轧制法生产。如何进一步扩大直接轧制的规格品种范围,平衡初轧机与成品轧机的生产,是今后研究的课题。小断面的钢坯,由于温降大,进入成品轧机直接轧制前需要进行在线补充加热,以保证轧件的终轧温度。 (唐伟林)
