微动腐蚀分子式:CAS号:性质:又称摩振腐蚀。在承受载荷的两金属部件相互接触的表面上由于振动和滑动而引起的腐蚀加速现象。是磨损腐蚀的一种特殊形式。微动腐蚀发生在大气中,其原因是摩擦和振动破坏了金属表面上在大气中生成的氧化膜,使氧化加速。各种转动或承受振动的机械部件都可能发生微动腐蚀。提高金属的表面硬度及强化表面润滑作用都可减轻微动腐蚀。测量金属微动腐蚀试验装置分机械式和电磁式两种。特点为通过往复旋转、偏心旋转或电磁振荡器产生往复运动来对两个金属试件施加载荷并使两者之间产生轻微振动摩擦。试验时测量摩擦力,试件的腐蚀则采用失重法或表面轮廓记录仪来评价。
