Z8612热芯盒射芯机操作规程1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。2、工作前还必须遵守:a、 检查设备上行程开关和碰块的位置是否正确,如不正确,必须调整。b、 接通电源,打开压缩空气伐门,先用手动方法,对各机构逐进行点动试车,然后用自动方法,进行一个循环试车,确认一切正常后,方可进行生产。3、工作中还必须遵守:a、 在设备开动后,一个循环未完成时,不许中途调整电器,以免发生误动作,造成设备人身事故;b、 设备的每一个循环后,必须用喷咀清除芯盒上残存的砂子,并喷涂分型剂;c、 在未切断电源和所气源前,不准将手伸入芯盒和夹紧器之间的空隙处,或把手放在导轨上,以免发生人身事故。d、 一般不准空射,如必须空射,一定要把压缩空气伐门关小;e、 如果用手操作,不准同时操作两个电器开关。4、工作后还必须遵守:a、 操纵各个电器开关,使设备各机构恢复到原始位置,然后切断电源和气源;b、 折下射砂头,清理积砂和粘砂;c、 清除排气塞内的粘砂;d、 取下射砂筒,清除缝隙中的粘砂,最后用石蜡涂擦内壁,但不要将缝隙堵塞;e、 清除闸板上的积砂,并在闸板上涂石墨粉,以减少磨擦;f、 清除导轨和导杆上的积灰和积砂,并涂上一层润滑油。
