铸造:铸造有色合金用以浇注铸件的有色合金(见有色金属)﹐是铸造合金中的一类。主要有铸造铜合金﹑铸造铝合金﹑铸造镁合金和铸造鈦合金等。 铸造铜合金 分为铸造锡青铜﹑铸造铅青铜﹑铸造铝青铜和铸造黄铜等。①铸造锡青铜﹕即铜锡合金。它的性能不太令人满意﹐而且锡比较贵﹐所以往往用其他元素如锌﹑铅和磷等代替部分锡。这类合金耐磨耐蚀性能好﹐常用以製造蒸汽及水的阀门﹑轴承﹑齿轮和衬套等零件。②铸造铅青铜﹕以铜锡合金为基加入10~25%的铅。铅几乎不溶於锡青铜﹐以纯铅状态分布在合金中﹐起改善合金的切削性和耐磨性的作用。这种铸造合金可用以製造耐蚀﹑耐磨﹑切削性能好的零件或轴套。③铸造铝青铜﹕以铝为主要合金元素的铜基合金﹐一般含铝8.5~10.5%﹐具有良好的机械性能﹑耐蚀和耐磨性能﹐是各种青铜中应用最广的一种﹐用於製造机械工业中的轴套﹑齿轮﹑蜗杆及电器设备等零件。④铸造黄铜﹕以锌为主要合金元素的铜基合金﹐为提高强度加入锰﹑硅﹑铝等元素﹐分别称为锰黄铜﹑硅黄铜﹑铝黄铜。黄铜多用於船舶﹑汽车﹑拖拉机及仪錶上的零件(见铜合金)。 铸造铝合金 分为铝硅系﹑铝铜系和铝镁系 3种。①铸造铝硅系合金﹕以硅为主要合金元素的铝基合金﹐即硅铝明。这类合金具有优良的铸造工艺性和气密性﹐可通过变质处理来提高强度﹐适合常温下使用﹐可铸造形状复杂的铸件﹐应用普遍。②铸造铝铜系合金﹕以铜为主要合金元素的铝基合金﹐一般含铜4~12%﹐有较高的热强度﹐适合在较高温度下工作。但这类合金铸造性能和抗蚀性较差﹐一般用於製造空冷低动力发动机气缸头﹑气缸活塞等铸件。③铸造铝镁系合金﹕以镁为主要合金元素的铝基合金﹐一般含镁3~10%﹐属於高强和高抗蚀性合金﹐具有良好的切削性能﹐在造船工业和食品﹑化工部门应用较多。它的缺点是耐热和铸造性差。 铸造镁合金 以镁为基的合金(见镁合金)﹐具有较高的比强度和比刚度﹐减震性好﹐并有优良的切削性能。用於航空工业﹑仪器﹑无线电技术和运输工业等方面的零部件。 铸造鈦合金 以鈦为基的合金(见鈦合金)﹐有比铸造铝合金更高的比强度﹑优良的抗蚀性和耐热性﹐但熔点高﹐化学性十分活泼﹐製造工艺复杂。铸造鈦合金是航空和航天工业中不可缺少的结构材料﹐也用於造船﹑化工﹑冶金﹑医疗等方面的零部件。
