粉末锻造分子式:CAS号:性质:粉末预成形坯或烧结体,加热到易塑性变形的高温(锻造温度)后,在闭式模内锻成复杂形状零件的工艺。该技术可将烧结体内残留孔隙消除,得到100%相对密度的粉末冶金零件。通常将粉末压坯在氢气炉中烧结后调整炉温到锻造温度,取出此温度下的烧结体放入密闭模具内,施加冲击压力使其成型,称为粉末锻造;将烧结体加热(最好感应加热)到锻造温度入模锻造,称为烧结锻造。粉末锻造较金属锻造省力,但仍需大型锻压装置,加工零件受到限制。一般用于加工高负荷工作条件苛刻的产品。该技术已成为制取高强度零件,获得全密度材料的重要新技术。
