金属塑性成形金属塑性成形metalplasticforming利用金属材料的塑性性质加工,使之具有所需形状的过程。金属材料经成形过程后,其组织、性能获得改善和提高。凡受交变载荷作用或受力条件恶劣的构件,一般都要通过塑性成形过程,才能达到使用要求。塑性成形是无切屑成形方法,因而能使工件获得良好的流线形状及合理的材料利用率。用塑性成形方法可使工件尺寸达到较高精度,具有很高的生产效率。塑性成形分冷成形、温成形和热成形。温成形要考虑温度对材料性质的影响,热成形还要考虑材料的蠕变效应。金属塑性成形包括块体成形、板料成形及轧制等(见塑性力学)。各种塑性成形都以金属材料具有塑性性质为前提,都需要有外力作用,都存在外摩擦的影响,都遵循着共同的金属学和塑性力学规律。应用塑性力学原理研究金属成形规律的方法称金属成形的塑性分析,它的任务为:①研究塑性成形过程中有关力学的各种解法,以分析变形体内的应力应变分布规律,并确定变形力和变形功,以便合理地选择设备吨位及模具强度。②研究塑性成形过程中构件应变和尺寸的变化规律,选择合适的坯料和合理的中间毛坯形状,以便最优地达到构件所需的形状。③研究温度、应变率效应等加工条件对金属塑性加工抗力的影响以及提高金属韧性和降低抗力的措施,以获得具有良好性能的构件。金属成形的塑性分析方法主要有主应力法、滑移线法、上限法、有限元法等;而常用的实验方法则有视塑性法和密栅云纹法。
