碳化硅纤维补强氧化铝基复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:以碳化硅纤维为增强体,氧化铝陶瓷为基体在适当的工艺下复合而成的材料。该复合材料具有良好的强度,优异的断裂韧性和高温抗氧化性。以含纤维体积为35%的材料为例,室温和1200℃的四点弯曲强度达477和351MPa,断裂韧性18~23MPa,在1400℃下仍具有良好强度。其主要制造方法有热压法,金属铝直接氧化法(Lanxide process),溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)。其中以Lanxide工艺获得最成功。用该方法制得的单向Nicalon纤维/氧化铝复合材料强度和韧性分别达785MPa和27MPa·m1/2。该复合材料可望用于燃汽轮机和空间结构等。用金属铝直接氮化法工艺制造Nicalon碳化硅纤维/氧化铝燃汽轮机燃烧室部件和火焰稳定器,经过高温台架试验部件未见破坏或损坏。
