产品成本技术经济分析 技术经济指标变动对产品成本影响的分析。技术经济指标如材料利用率、劳动生产率、设备利用率、产量增长率、产品合格率等的提高，反映了生产技术的进步，必然会直接或间接地影响到产品成本的高低。结合技术经济指标进行成本分析，就是研究这些指标的变动对成本的影响程度，以利于产品成本的不断降低。产品成本技术经济分析主要包括以下 （1）材料利用率的变动对成本的影响。材料利用率是投入材料的数量和实际利用材料的数量之间的比例。提高利用率就是每单位产品材料消耗的降低，从而降低产品成本，其影响程度可用如下公式计算： （2）劳动生产率的变动对成本的影响。劳动生产率提高意味着单位产品所耗工时的减少，从而降低所负担的人工成本。但劳动生产的提高往往伴随着工资率的增长，从而使单位产品成本提高。因此，要计算劳动生产率增长对成本的影响，要看劳动生产率的增长速度是否快于工资率增长的速度。 （3）产品质量的变动对成本的影响。在生产耗费水平不变的前提下，产品质量提高必然会降低单位产品成本。质量指标较多，包括合格品率、废品率、等级品率等。以合格品率为例说明其变动对成本的影响程度。 （4）产量的变动对成本的影响。材料利用率、设备利用率、劳动生产率以及产品合格率等的变动，都会影响产品的产量，而产量的变动又会使固定成本相对节约或超支，从而间接地影响单位产品的成本。上述影响程度的计算并未考虑产量变动的影响。
