电力标准 电力建设和电能生产、变换、传输、销售、使用中必须共同遵守的技术规定和技术管理依据。电能生产、传输、销售均在瞬间一次完成，对整个社会生活、生产具有重大影响，所以要求电力系统具有高度的可靠性、稳定性和安全性。电力标准除少数指明"可参照执行"外，大多是强制性标准。 按电能生产和电力建设的特点，电力标准大致分为规划设计、施工安装、运行维修、电力专用设备 4部分内容。根据电力标准内容和强制性程度的不同，分为国家标准和部颁标准,其标准的形式也有所不同，例如,规范、规程、规定、规则、导则、方法、技术条件等。国际性的标准一般为参考性标准。 中国电力标准的制订以行业为主体，但国家已制定出方针,开始从过去的"单位负责编制、部门审批标准"方式，走向由专家和有关各部门选派人员组成全国性专业标准化委员会进行组织编制和审查标准的方式。在电力标准化方面，通常由电力主管部门成立十几个专业标准化技术委员会，从事部门的专业统一标准化工作。电力建设、电能生产的具体工作是否能达到电力标准，一般由本部门试验研究单位检测鉴定。若交接验收中有争执，由上一级试验研究单位检测鉴定。电力主管部门还成立了十几个部级专业质量检验测试中心和检测站，如锅炉、汽机、变压器、高压开关、避雷器等检测站，从事本部门的质量抽查、检测和鉴定工作，并参加全国性质量抽查工作。 电力方面的国际标准主要有：国际电工委员会标准IEC，国际标准化组织标准ISO，国际电报电话技术咨询委员会标准 CCITT（关于电磁兼容性）等。世界上常被引用的国家标准有美国标准ANSI，德国标准VDE,苏联标准ГΟСΤ，日本标准JEC等。中国的国家标准有：工业与民用电力装置过电压保护设计规范、工业与民用电力装置接地设计规范、建筑防雷设计规范、爆炸和火灾危险场所电力装置设计规范、电气装置安装工程设施施工及验收规范、电力线对通信与信号线危险和干扰影响协议等。部颁标准有：火力发电厂设计技术规程、变电所设计技术规程、送电线路设计技术规程、配电线路设计技术规程、电力设备过电压保护设计技术规程、电力设备接地设计技术规程、电力设备继电保护与自动化设计规程、高压配电装置设计技术规程、500千伏电力系统绝缘配合与接地设计导则等。
