激光电离源分子式:CAS号:性质:质谱仪离子源的一种,这种离子源是依靠激光使样品离子化。一般激光电离源是指激光解吸电离源。当以激光照射样品时,部分样品发生电离进入质量分析器。由于电离不需要样品加热气化,也不与电子发生碰撞,因此是一种软电离方式,它适合于热不稳定或难挥发有机物的分析。又由于激光是以脉冲式照射样品,故这种离子源多用于飞行时间质谱和傅里叶变换质谱。
