法国科技情报文献收集和传递中心 法国教育部系统采集、收藏和传递科技文献的协作组织。教育部以部属机构和主要大学图书馆为核心建立了专门从事科技文献收集和传递的 15个中心机构(简称CADIST)， 每个中心机构负责一特定的学科领域，以此统一管理全国科技文献的收集和传递工作。它的上级主管部门是法国教育部图书馆、博物馆和科技情报管理局(DBMIST)。 凡设有CADIST的单位每年可得到一笔专用津贴，主要用于：①补充 所负责的 学科领域文献的收藏，包括期刊和其他文献资料。②支付日常保管文献所需费用。③支付文献传递费用, 主要是复制费用。 ④支付古旧文献的修补和保管费用。 ⑤支付临时工作人员的工资。CADIST的主要业务活动是文献采集和传递。 CADIST的采购范围广泛。凡国内外研究性文献都在收集之列。为了保证文献收藏的系统和完整，CADIST采取了两项措施：①各CADIST单位可在其主管学科内与有关机构签订合同。②凡DBMIST的下属单位准备转让其收藏文献时，CADIST可按各自负责的学科范围优先从中挑选，以补充自己的收藏。此外，CADIST各成员单位必须调查与自己主管学科有关的重点机构 (特别是大学图书馆) 的文献收藏情况，在此基础上制定出合理的采购政策，避免重复，提高采购质量。 CADIST 的文献传递方式主要有: ① 借阅。 凡设有CADIST的单位的馆藏，只要符合CADIST的收藏范围，都必须向公众开放。只要借阅单位或个人遵守借阅规定,均可借阅原始文献。②复制和咨询。如果用户需要的文献是珍品，则提供复制件；如果这类珍品受法律保护禁止复制，可向用户提供现场咨询服务。 除了文献采集和传递以外，各CADIST单位还必须做好以下各项工作：①同有关的文献机构合作，编制出自己主管学科文献的著者和题名目录。②每年向DBMIST报告各自采购、收藏主管学科国内外文献的情况，并提出需要补充的缺漏文献。③参加全国出版物联合目录和国外图书联合目录的编制工作。④将各自收藏的新文献编成目录，定期公布。⑤每年向DBMIST提交一份活动报告，汇报各自经费的使用情况。 由于CADIST的建立，在法国主要大学和教育部部属机构系统内形成了原始文献的交流网，可向用户提供一般渠道无法获得的原始文献。同时由于各CADIST按学科分工采购文献，既可节省大笔开支，又可得到丰富、系统的文献。
