弹道导弹预警系统 用于早期发现来袭的弹道导弹并根据测得的来袭导弹的运动参数提供足够的预警时间，同时给己方战略进攻武器指示来袭导弹的发射阵位，所以它是国家防御系统中的一个重要组成部分。对弹道导弹预警系统的主要要求是：预警时间长，发现概率高，虚警率低，目标容量大，并能以一定的精度测定来袭导弹的轨道参数。 系统组成 弹道导弹预警系统通常由预警卫星监视系统和地面雷达系统组成。地面?状锵低秤址治藜实嫉ぞ状锿颓钡氐嫉ぞ状锿?(图1)。根据来袭导弹在不同飞行阶段的物理现象，可以采取不同的探测手段进行监测。工作波长从可见光、红外一直到微波波段。 ①预警卫星监视系统：主要用于判定来袭导弹的发射位置，记录发射时间并粗测导弹的速度矢量和弹道射面。这个系统由多颗同步卫星组成。卫星上装载有可见光和红外波段扫描探测器，能探测导弹主动段飞行时的发动机喷焰和核爆炸。用长波红外技术还可探测刚熄火的运载火箭和弹头。这种系统发现目标早，不受地面曲率的限制，但虚警率高。为了提高测量精度和降低虚警率，正在发展低轨道预警卫星。 ②洲际导弹预警雷达网：由多部地面雷达组成的雷达网，能覆盖导弹可能来袭方向的全部视界。它能为对付来袭洲际导弹提供15～25分钟的预警时间。雷达网通常选用早期预警雷达和目标截获和识别雷达，作用距离在2500～5000公里的范围内。图2为位于阿拉斯加州的导弹预警系统中的雷达站。 ③潜地导弹预警雷达网:也由多部地面雷达组成,雷达网覆盖海岸线以外潜艇可能发射的阵位，在方位上的搜索空域很宽，通常选用多阵面全固态相控阵体制（见相控阵雷达）对付来袭潜地导弹,能提供2.5～20分钟的预警时间。潜地导弹的发射阵位经常变换，来袭的方向不定，因此还可以采用空中机载或卫星装载的专用预警系统。 ④超视距雷达：也是一种探测手段，但由于电离层不稳定和高纬度区的极光干扰，虚警率较高。 工作过程 在来袭导弹起飞并穿过稠密大气层后，预警卫星的红外探测器首先发现目标。经60～90秒的探测和监视便能准确判定其发射位置或出水面处的坐标。导弹穿过电离层时喷焰会引起电离层扰动，卫星监视系统检测这种物理现象，借以进一步核实目标。在导弹进入地面雷达预警网的视界后，早期预警雷达测量来袭目标的数量和瞬时运动参数，计算弹头返回大气层和落地时间并估计目标属性。根据星历表和衰变周期，预警系统不断地排除卫星、再入卫星、陨石和极光等空间目标的可能性，以降低虚警率，减小预警系统的目标量。目标截获和识别雷达随即截获目标并进行跟踪和判别，利用雷达回波中的振幅、相位、频谱和极化等特征信号粗略识别目标的形体和表面层物理参数，估计来袭目标可能造成的军事威胁。有关目标的全部情报数据通过通信网快速传到空间防御中心和反导弹拦截系统，供防御指挥机关决策。
