全苏列宁农业科学院 苏联的最高农业科学研究机构和科研中心。也是世界上规模最大的农业科研机构。创建于1929年。主要任务是发展农业科学各学科的理论研究，探索农业科学技术的新途径和科研方法，并负责苏联全国农业科研工作的计划和协调。最高权力机构为院士大会，它决定科研工作的重大问题和人事任免。日常工作由院士大会选举的主席团和院长、副院长主持，下设作物栽培和育种、耕作和化学化、植物保护、畜牧、饲料生产、兽医、机械化和电气化、水利和土壤改良、林业和农业土壤改良、农业生产经济和组织等10个专业学部，以及俄罗斯、非黑土地区、西伯利亚、南部、西部、中亚细亚、东部和外高加索等 8个地区分院。专业学部对不同专业的科研工作进行指导和组织协调，地区学部分管一个大区的农业科研工作,起着地区分院的作用。全院共有研究所131个,试验站177个(1987)。试验场410个，农业用地229.2万公顷(其中耕地163.8万公顷）,科研工作者19000多人（其中博士582人、副博士8630人，1982)。每年招收研究生1000名。20世纪70年代以来，该院注重发展科研生产联合体,以科研单位为中心,与设计局、试验站、良种场、技术学校等组成一个整体，从而有利于缩短试验过程，加快成果推广。现已建立了玉米、油料、豆类等科研生产联合体。
