国际性战略联盟论国际性战略联盟论 国际性战略联盟论用联合经济范畴来解释跨国公司在组织上结成战略联盟的理论。国际性战略联盟是指两个或两个以上的跨国公司为达到共同的和各自的战略目标而建立的相对持久的合作关系。其战略目标主要是获得先进技术和管理经验，进人新市场和增强产品竞争力。这种跨国公司战略联盟主要集中在高技术领域。该理论认为，由于高技术变革速度不断加快，技术使产品的研究开发费用骤增，风险陡升，以致于单个跨国公司无力独自承担开发某些新技术项目，这就迫使一些跨国公司签订联盟协议，进行水平型或垂直型技术融合，以使通过知识共享和优势互补，降低研究开发成本，有效分散风险，快速进入国际新市场。跨国公司战略联盟按其合作关系可以分为非股权契约式联盟和股权所有制联盟，后者又包括互相购股或单向购股以及共同出资、合作经营等形式。结成联盟的跨国公司的母国可以相同，也可以不同。由于国家状况、民族和公司文化的差异，联盟成员通常需要通过相互之间的组织学习，来谋求联盟的持久性。随着技术日新月异、竞争日益加剧，战略联盟已成为跨国公司生存和发展的重要组织形式与竟争取胜策略。
