草地定位研究草地定位研究the fixed-position research in grassland eaodi dingwei yanjiu草地定位研究(the fixed一position research in脚551耐)在有代表性或者特定类型草地相对固定的地段，进行较长时期的试验研究与动态观测。其目的是监测草地在自然因素与人类活动影响下长期变化的动态过程，揭示其演变规律，为科学合理利用草地积累资料、提供依据。草地定位研究是草地科学，主要是草地生态科学发展的必然结果。中国自70年代以来，草地生态科学进一步深人发展，要求定性与定量结合，宏观与微观结合，点面结合，路线调查与定位研究结合。之后发展形成的中国草地定位研究，主要是草地生态系统定位研究。 草地定位研究内容一般包含应用基础与应用研究两个方面。在应用基础研究方面，一般进行草原生态系统的结构、功能过程的研究，草原生物多样性的研究等。草原生态系统的结构主要是指草原生态系统组成成分及其结构的研究。草原生态系统的组成成分包含非生物环境因子土壤、水、光、温度、风、二氧化碳、无机盐等以及生物中的生产者、消费者与分解者3个部分。生产者主要是植物，也包含某些光合细菌。消费者指各类动物，分解者主要指细菌、真菌和某些原生动物。草原生态系统结构，则是指前述不同组成成分在空间的配置及其随时间的变化。草原生态系统功能过程的研究，主要指物质循环与能流过程的研究。物质循环可以在植物一土壤系统、草地生态系统以及生物地球化学循环等不同水平上开展。为了使研究工作深人，生理生态研究、系统与模型研究，都是十分必要的。在应用研究，即提高草地生态系统生产力途径研究方面，一般进行草地放牧制度、割草制度、人工草地建立与利用，退化草地改良与利用、牧草引种、鼠害防治、综合试验示范区建立等方面的研究。 草地定位研究是一个长期的、多层次、多学科的综合研究。它需要植物生态、植物生理、动物、家畜、微生物、土壤、气象、草原等不同学科专家的参与。 草地定位研究长期积累的资料，对于阐述草地演变的规律以及草地环境质量监测具有重要价值，其在应用基础与应用研究方面所获得的成果，对于揭示草地生态系统变化的过程与本质，草地的利用与保护具有十分重要的意义。(陈佐忠)
