骨螺钉分子式:CAS号:性质:骨折内固定的医疗装置之一,可用金属材料,如不锈钢、钛合金、钛镍记忆合金制作;也可用无机非金属材料,如氧化铝陶瓷等制作,还可用有机高分子材料,如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制作。近年研究的聚L-乳酸-乙醇酸共聚物液晶,弯曲强度达265MPa,还有自增强聚乙醇酸,弯曲强度达375MPa,自增强聚左旋乳酸,弯曲强度达180MPa,均可作骨折内固定材料。以自增强聚乙醇酸制作的内固定材料,以BIOFIX商品名出售。这些材料初植入体内有较高的强度,但经过半年以上的时间,强度下降,并逐步在体内降解。骨螺钉用于股骨、胫骨内外髁、尺骨鹰嘴骨折等的固定,还可以和接骨丝和内接骨板联合使用于骨折内固定手术中。
