AF自动反冲洗过滤机设备概述:AF自动反冲洗过滤机具有连续过滤、自动反冲洗排污、结构紧凑、运转平稳可靠、处理量大、运行费用低、使用寿命长等优点。利用自身过滤出的清夜,自动反冲洗滤芯,不需拆下滤芯清洗,也不需另配清洗系统。过滤机的清洗、排污过程是在设备运行过程中自动进行的,反冲时逐一清洗每个滤芯,其它滤芯仍在连续过滤,可保证滤液的连续供给。反冲洗耗水量少:本机反冲时同一时间只清洗一到两只滤芯,占整个滤芯数量的十几到二十几分之一,所以排污耗水量小于设计流量的5%,反冲洗可自动(定时、差压)、手动切换,可编程序控制器(PLC)控制。工作原理:该机的过滤和反冲洗推动力均由原料液压头或泵扬程提供。系统滤腔的压力基本保持恒定,液体从滤芯的内腔向外流动,夹带的固体杂质被截流在过滤介质的内表面,引起内外腔压差升高,过滤阻力逐渐增大。当内外腔压差超过差压控制器某一设定值时,差压控制器发出讯号,控制电机启动,带动反冲洗臂转动,同时打开排污管出口电动隔膜阀。反冲洗臂转动一周,每个过滤元件(滤芯)均得到一次反冲洗、再生,如此循环。
