良性软骨母细胞瘤良性软骨母细胞瘤benign chondroblastoma 较罕见。主要发生在青少年。好发于肱骨近端、股骨远端和胫骨近端的骨骼,骨性患儿较多。临床症状轻微,病变靠近关节时有肿胀、疼痛、肌肉痉挛致关节活动受限、触诊肿瘤有压痛,发生在下肢有避痛性跛行。X线照片可见圆形或卵圆形的透亮区,一般为1~4cm大小。治疗应刮除或切除病变,不破坏关节。刮除的骨腔以植骨块填充。
