骨节草【通用名称】骨节草【其他名称】骨节草 (《贵州民间方药集》) 【异名】笔杆草、笔筒草(《贵州民间方药集》),节节菜(《中国药植图鉴》),洗碗草(《闽东本草》),接骨筒(《实用中草药》)。 【来源】为木贼科植物犬问荆的全草。 【植物形态】犬问荆,又名:沼泽木贼。 多年生草本。根茎匍匐,细长,黑褐色,常具块茎。茎常丛生,高14.5~36厘米;细弱,具深沟及棱5~12条,常有轮生分枝,稀单生,中心孔小形,分枝斜向上内曲,秋季枯萎。叶鞘齿三角状卵形,先端棕褐色,边缘白色,膜质,向尖端延长为白色长刚毛。孢子囊穗长圆形,有梗,顶生,初呈紫褐色,后带黄色;孢子囊生于盾状孢子叶下面,孢子同形,具2条丝状弹丝,十字形着生,绕于孢子上,遇水即弹开以便繁殖。 野生于水田、沟旁和阴湿地。全国大部分地区有分布。 【采集】夏季采收。 【化学成分】干草含生物碱15~302毫克%,其中有犬问荆碱、犬问荆定碱、小量的菸碱等。还含乌头酸与山柰酚-8-鼠李糖葡萄糖-7-葡萄糖甙、甲砜、胸腺嘧啶等。 【性味】《闽东本草》:"性平,味甘微苦。" 【归经】《闽东本草》:"入肝、肺、胆三经。" 【功用主治】疏风,明目,活血,舒筋。治迎风流泪,翳膜遮睛,跌打损伤,肠风,血痔。 ①《贵州民间方药集》:"解热,利尿,舒筋,活血,接骨。治眼疾。" ②《闽东本草》:"疏风,解肌,止血,退目翳。治目疾,迎风流泪,翳点遮睛,肠风痔漏,血痢,崩中。" 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,2~5钱(鲜者0.5~1两)。 【宜忌】阴虚火旺者忌用。 【选方】①治目疔目翳:鲜骨节草一两,冰糖五钱,猪赤肉二两。水炖,分早晚服。 ②治跌打伤筋:干骨节草五钱,猪赤肉二两。水炖服。 ③治石淋:鲜骨节草一两,冬蜜五钱。开水一杯冲炖服。(宜忌以下出《闽东本草》)
