布洛芬缓释混悬剂药物名称：布洛芬缓释混悬剂英文名：Ibuprofen Sustained Release suspension汉语拼音：主要成分：每10ml混悬液含布洛芬300mg性状：本品为白色或类白色微球混悬剂。药理作用：本品为非甾体类解热镇痛消炎药，作用机制是抑制前列腺素的合成，从而发挥解热、镇痛、消炎作用。药代动力学：本品系将布洛芬制成缓释剂型，能使药物在体内逐渐释放，单次口服300mg，约3.40±0.75小时血药浓度达到峰值，血药浓度值为20.81±30mg/L。本品蛋白结合率为99％，主要经肝脏代谢，60～90％经肾由尿排出，其中约1％为原形物，部分随粪便排出。适应症：本品系非甾体类抗炎药，有解热，镇痛及抗炎作用，适用于：1、由感冒、急性上呼吸道感染、急性咽喉炎等疾病引起的发热；2、可用于减轻或消除以下疾病的疼痛或炎症： ·扭伤、劳损、肩周炎、滑囊炎、肌腱及腱鞘炎。 ·痛经、牙痛、术后疼痛及腰部疼痛。 ·类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、其他非类风湿性关节炎及急性痛风。用法与用量：口服： 1．1岁～12岁儿童患者： ①用于发热，推荐剂量为每日每公斤体重20mg（0.66ml），分2次服用，或遵医嘱。 ②用于镇痛，推荐剂量为每日每公斤体重30mg（1ml），分2次服用，或遵医嘱。 2．成人及12岁以上儿童：推荐剂量为每一次0.3～0.6g（10～20ml），一日2次，或遵医嘱。不良反应：本品耐受性好，副作用低，一般为肠、胃部不适或皮疹、头痛、耳鸣。禁忌症：1．活动期消化道溃疡者。 2．对本药物过敏者；曾有因服用阿司匹林和其他非类固醇类抗炎药诱发哮喘、鼻炎或荨麻疹病史的患者。注意事项：1．肠胃病患者慎用。 2．有支气管哮喘病史患者，可能会引起支气管痉挛。 3．并用抗凝血剂的患者，服药的最初几日应随时监测其凝血酶原时间。 4．孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用。 5．心功能不全及高血压病患者慎用。 6．过量服药可能引起头痛、呕吐、倦睡、低血压等，一般症状在停药后即可自行消失。 7．连续服用3天发热不退时，应请医生诊治。 8．六个月以下小儿慎用或遵医嘱。规格：100ml∶3g。贮藏：遮光、密封，在阴凉处保存。有效期：暂定二年。处方药：
