氯乙烯和乙烯僧酸乙烯共聚物接枝共聚物分子式:CAS号:性质:为在乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)之大分子链上进行氯乙烯接枝共聚后得到之产品,按EVA中醋酸乙烯含量不同和接枝共聚物中EVA含量不同以及分子量大小,分为冲击改性剂用、硬质和软质品用三类。作冲击改性剂用和软质品用者多为EVA中VAC含量45%,EVA含量为50%。主要用于防水卷材、医用制品、电缆、记录材料和与PVC共混后作门窗型材。硬质品用者为EVA中VAC含量为15%,EVA含量5%~10%。除接枝物外含聚氯乙烯均聚物。可直接用作门窗型材和管材,冲击强度比一般PVC可提高4倍以上,将EVA溶于或分散于氯乙烯单体中进行悬浮聚合制得。
