1.Methods:Culture 14 breast cancer cell lines and extract protein from cytoplasm,nuclear separately;to detect the expression of NFkB family proteins and their inhibitor by western blotting and the relationship between the expression of NFkB family proteins and chemotherapy resistance MTT chemosensitivity testing.方法 :培养 14个乳腺癌细胞系 ,对其进行胞浆、胞核蛋白质提取 ,Western印迹法观察NFKB家族蛋白及其抑制物的表达 ,并用MTT药敏实验观察NFkB家族蛋白与乳腺癌细胞化疗耐药性关系。
