金属-颗粒复合铸造成型金属-颗粒复合铸造成型metal-part iculate compo-cast processing 金属一颗粒复合铸造成型metal一partieulatecomPo一cast ProceSSing将颗粒加入处于半固态的金属基体中,通过搅拌使颗粒在基体中均匀分布,并取得良好界面结合,然后浇铸成锭的制备金属基复合材料的方法。20世纪80年代初期由美国发明。 通常颗粒与金属基体的复合方法采用全液态金属-颗粒搅拌复合成型,即通过猛烈搅拌处于全液态的合金而形成旋涡,利用旋涡产生的力使颗粒卷入基体之中。但这种方法容易使表面金属氧化物卷入基体,同时当顺粒与基体浸润性差时,颗粒难以同金属基体复合。针对上述缺点,出现了金属一颖粒的复合铸造。 复合铸造的原理在于当金属在半固态状态下搅拌时,熔体中的固体顺粒是一种无枝晶的结构。加入的固体颗粒容易在这种高流动性的、半固态的、无枝晶结构的熔体中分散均匀,并与熔体的颗粒产生机械结合。既可防止熔体表面的搅动带入气体,又可使顺粒与金属复合良好。其过程为先将熔体注入过热的复合铸造室,进行搅拌到所需的剪切速率,然后温度逐步降低至使合金达到30一50%固态,在这个温度下往熔体内加入颖粒。颗粒先预热到与熔体温度一致,使加入辍粒时不破坏温度平衡。保持全部固休,即加入孩粒和合金中的固态合金箱粒不超过弓。%。领较加完后继续搅拌,·直到城粒和金属有一定的界面化学反应以促进结合。复合完毕后,熔体进行重力或压力铸造。(王文龙)
