高强铸造钛合金分子式:CAS号:性质:室温拉伸强度在1100~1400MPa的铸造钛合金。一般有三种类型:(1)富β相的马氏体α-β型钛合金(Ti2.5Al13V7Sn2Zr)。可时效硬化,室温强度可达1200MPa,伸长率为4.5%,具有良好的铸造性能和焊接性能;(2)近亚稳定β型钛合金(Til5V3Cr3A13Sn)。经热等静压和时效处理后强度可达1300MPa,伸长率为5%;(3)B-C钛合金(Ti3Al8V6Cr4M04Zr)。具有良好的强度和塑性综合性能,其疲劳强度可达990MPa,热处理后的强度达1340MPa,伸长率6%,将在航空飞行器制造中取代钢铸件。
