复合树脂牙科充填材料分子式:CAS号:性质:树脂基质为甲基丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸酯类高分子化合物,无机填料为玻璃粉或二氧化硅等,凝固引发剂是过氧化苯甲酰类。压缩强度和硬度高,色泽也近似天然牙齿,不溶于唾液,热膨胀系数低。缺点是粘接性差,充填时仍应制备固位洞形。它对牙髓具有刺激性,如果充填时未垫底,牙髓可因受其刺激而坏死,甚至形成根尖周病变。主要用于前牙龋齿窝洞的充填修复及较小的胎面窝洞充填。
