浓戊二醛溶液【通用名称】浓戊二醛溶液【其他名称】浓戊二醛溶液 浓戊二醛溶液 拼音名:Nong Wu’erquan Rongye 英文名:Strong Glutaral Solution 书页号:2000年版二部-530 C5H8O2 100.12 本品为戊二醛的水溶液。含戊二醛(C5H8O2)应为标示量的95.0%~105.0 %。 【性状】 本品为淡黄色的澄清液体;有刺激性特臭。 本品能与水或乙醇任意混合。 【鉴别】 (1) 取本品1ml ,置试管中,加氨制硝酸银试液1ml ,置水浴上加热数 分钟后,生成细微的灰色沉淀,或在管壁生成光亮的银镜。 (2) 取本品5 滴,加1 %水杨酸的硫酸溶液,即显棕红色。 【检查】 澄清度 取本品5.0ml ,加水至50ml,摇匀,溶液应澄清;如显浑浊, 与1 号浊度标准液(附录Ⅸ B)比较,不得更浓。 pH值 应为2.5 ~3.5 (附录Ⅵ H)。 游离酸 精密量取本品5ml ,加水5ml 与酚酞指示液2 滴,用氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1 mol/L)滴定至溶液显粉红色,并持续15秒钟不褪,消耗氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)不得 过3.80ml。 【含量测定】 取本品适量(约相当于戊二醛0.2g),精密称定,精密加6.5 %三 乙醇胺溶液20ml与盐酸羟胺的中性溶液〔取盐酸羟胺17.5g ,加水75ml溶解,加异丙醇 稀释至500ml,摇匀,加0.04%溴酚蓝乙醇溶液15ml,用6.5%三乙醇胺溶液滴定至溶液 显蓝绿色〕25ml,摇匀,放置1 小时,用硫酸滴定液(0.25mol/L) 滴定至溶液显蓝绿 色,并将滴定的结果用空白试验校正。每1ml硫酸滴定液(0.25mol/L) 相当于 25.03 mg的C5H8O2。 【类别】 消毒防腐药。 【规格】 (1) 20%(g/g) (2) 25%(g/g) 【贮藏】 遮光,密封,在凉暗处保存。 【制剂】 稀戊酸二醛溶液
