窝沟封闭剂分子式:CAS号:性质:封闭牙齿颌面上的窝洞、裂隙所用的材料。有化学固化和光固化两大类:前者为双组分包装,一由双酚A-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、活性稀释剂和过氧化苯甲酰组成;另一组分是含有机胺及活性稀释剂的双酚A-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。使用时将两组分充分混合,涂于应用部位,在口腔内聚合固化。后者为单组分,是甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体稀释的双酚A-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯;其激活剂是在有机胺中加入二酮,在可见光下聚合固化。它们在固化前流动性好,容易渗入窝洞或酸蚀过的釉质面。固化后形成“树脂突”固位,可阻止细菌及食物残渣进入窝沟,能有效地防止窝沟龋发生。
